Stainless Steel Sanitary Centrifuge Pump
1. Introduction
Centrifuge pump, also call dairy pump, sanitary beverage pump ,is applied in the sanitary liquid medicine, dairy(milk) feeding and other liquid food feeding, the max temperature of the liquid in this pump is 70~90ºC.

2. Configuration principle
Centrifuge pump configuration:
 1. motor  2.pump shell(I)3. pump shell () 4. Wheel
 5. Clamp ring 6.support leg .etc
Motor and pump shell()connect with bolt and support leg, support legs are adjustable, No need fixed clamp ring and rubber for seal, pump shell(I)and pump shell ()are matched, not fixed that can be adjust any angle.
    Wheel is made by SUS304, easy dismantle and cleaning.
    Seal part: SUS304 Stainless steel connection axis, consist of Stainless steel spring, rubber mat, graphite, prevent the leakage.

3. Maintainance
  Centrifugal pump can be adjusted according to different angle and demand. Correct running axis direction; tight revolve of the pump inlet and outlet connection nut, fine connection of the pump shells of the seal ring. Steam disinfection before used, for sanitary requirement. 
For prevent of the liquid level higher than the centrifugal pump that feed back. The pump level must higher than the liquid.
When finished, dismantle the pump and cleaning the pump, for cleaning the sticky material, used the hot water for better cleaning.
