Sanitary Grade Stainless Steel De-enzymation Tank
1. Introduction
Sanitary grade stainless steel de-enzymation tank,it is also called enzymatic reaction tank,biological enzymatic reaction tank. It offers the temperature that enzymation needs, adjust PH value and offer mixing to maintain enzyme active, let enzyme play their role, accelerate and finish the biological reaction.
The biological enzymation technology uses appropriate biocatalyst(bio-enzyme) to decompose product, accelerate the decomposition and transformation process, turns the product to be easy used, meets the requirements of production or experiment.
2. Structure
The Sanitary grade stainless steel de-enzymation tank is made up of three layers of stainless steel, the internal surface is SUS304 or SUS316L material, internal surface is mirror polished, meets food, pharmaceutical sanitary grade requirements, the jacket is SUS304 material, outer cover is SUS304 material, the machine is with temperature insulation, appropriate for the de-enzymation process. The whole equipment includes de-enzymation tank, steam heating system, circulation cooling system, mixing system, cleaning system, control system, etc.
3. Function
The Sanitary grade stainless steel de-enzymation tank has functions such as heating, cooling, temperature keeping, mixing, etc. The sockets include product inlet, purified water inlet, outlet, sampling hole, thermometer hole, view glass+light, etc. It offers the parameters that de-enzymation needs, after de-enzymation is finished, inject the steam into jacket to deactivate enzyme, after enzyme deactivation is finished, cooling the product, then open the outlet valve to take out product.
