Stainless Steel Pulping Machine-Beverage Machinery
When the raw material goes into the screen drum, by the gyroscopic action of the rod, and the existence of lead angle, they make the raw material moves to the outlet side along the drum, the path is a spiral line, during the movement between scraper and drum, the raw material is grazed by the centrifugal action. Juice and flesh(they are pulpy) goes to next working process through sieve mesh by the collector, the skin and seed are discharged at another outlet, to achieve the separation.
LHDJ model pulping machine is suitable for separating residues and pulps from pome fruits and various berries after they are crushed and pre-boiled. The first channel is for rough pulping, the second and third channels for fine pulping. The sieve diameters in the three channels can be selected according to the requirements of materials.
