2. Working Principle:The rotor and stator rotate at high speed relatively, through belt driven by motor, one of them high speed rotates, one of them stay static, the product generates spiral impact force downward, when the product goes through the gap between rotor and stator(the gap is adjustable), the product gets physical interaction such as powerful shear force, friction force, high frequency vibration, high speed vortex, etc, makes the product being emulsified, dispersed, homogenized and smashed efficiently, achieves the ultrafine grinding smashing and emulsifying effect.
