1. Introduction:

Except the motor and some accessories, all the parts that contact product are made of high strength stainless steel, especially the  critical rotating mill disk and static mill disk are upgraded treated, hence they have good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, which makes the product is hygienic and no pollution. Compared to pressure type homogenizer, the colloidal mill is centrifuge type equipment, its advantages are simple structure, easy to maintenance, suitable for high viscosity material and large particle material.                      

2. Working Principle:

The rotor and stator rotate at high speed relatively, through belt driven by motor, one of them high speed rotates, one of them stay static, the product generates spiral impact force downward, when the product goes through the gap between rotor and stator(the gap is adjustable), the product gets physical interaction such as powerful shear force, friction force, high frequency vibration, high speed vortex, etc, makes the product being emulsified, dispersed, homogenized and smashed efficiently, achieves the ultrafine grinding smashing and emulsifying effect.
 

3. Application:

1). Food industry: aloe, pineapple, sesame, fruit tea, ice cream, moon cake filling, cream, fruit jam, fruit juice, soybean, soybean paste, sweetened bean paste, peanut milk, protein milk, soybean milk, dairy product, malted milk, essence, beverages, etc.

2). Chemical industry: paint, pigment, dyestuff, coating, lubricating oil, lubricating grease, diesel oil, petroleum catalyst, emulsified asphalt, cementing compound, detergent, plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastics, leather, emulsification, etc.
