TL series titanium rod filter
Introduction:
The titanium rod filter uses titanium powder final sintered filter element, normally it is used as rough filtration or intermediate filtration. The filter core has many advantages such as high accuracy, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, etc, so it is widely used at pharmaceutical industry, the outer cover is SS316L or SS304 material, meets GMP requirements.
Application:
As the filter has characteristics like high pressure, strong acid resistance, strong alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, filtering core can be used repeatedly, it adopts powder metallurgy method to make the titanium powder into hollow filter pipe by high temperature, it is widely used at food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical industry, at pharmaceutical industry, it is especially appropriate for infusion solution and injection production line, to make the decarbonization filtration.
Usage caution:
- Avoid scratch and collide, the dust and oil pollution
- During the usage, the working pressure should not be higher than rated pressure.
- During the usage, there should be at least 3-5 minutes low pressure starting time, the relative pressure difference should be lower than 0.5MPa, then adjust the working pressure to the pressure needed(the highest pressure should not be higher than 0.4MPa)
- After a period time of usage, during the block of filtering element, the pressure goes higher and the flow goes slower, should backlash or backwash it.
Warranty: One year after receiving equipment, offer life long after sale service.
